I am a trained IFS/Internal Family Systems instructor (L1 and L2) and TIST/Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment instructor (L1 and L2). I guide my clients using the IFS method, but the TIST training brings an addition to my work that I feel is important when guiding clients who have experienced deep and long-lasting damaging stress states in their childhood.

I am a trained couple and family psychotherapist. The training is approved by Valvira and KELA. I also have training in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS L2) and emotion-focused couple therapy (EFT). I have basic education in body-oriented psychotherapy and arts therapy. I speak fluent Swedish, Finnish and English.

András Rátonyi

I’m a certified IFS practitioner. I work with people both in person (in Helsinki) and online, in English and Hungarian.

I believe in the healing power of IFS and I hope that through the work of this association it can become better known and more widely practiced in Finland.

Helena Romppanen

I am a certified Dance-Movement Therapist and IFS-informed practitioner based in Helsinki, Finland.

In my IFS therapy work, I integrate Dance-Movement Therapy with a Polyvagal-informed perspective, supporting the integration of bodily experiences and different parts of the mind into a cohesive, embodied sense of Self.

Tertti Tenhola

Vice-Chair

Tertti Tenhola is a highly sensitive communicator and facilitator of inner work with a deep understanding of the human journey. Since 2014, Tertti has practiced daily meditation, offered tea ceremonies, and explored diverse spiritual modalities, all while focusing on holistic well-being. In 2020, he addressed childhood traumas through psychotherapy, IFS, and psychedelics.
